Customer Service Superstar – $48,000-$55,000, Mississauga

Are you ready to take your customer service skills to the next level and join a dynamic engineering company? Look no further! We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Superstar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide quotations to the sales team as requested
  • Enter new orders into AS400 system
  • Coordinate deliveries with the shipping department
  • Ensure inventory is up-to-date and accurately reflected in the system
  • Address and resolve any customer concerns regarding damaged products
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the engineering team to ensure customer needs are met
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers as needed

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with AS400 or similar system is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
