Customer Service Superstar – $48,000-$55,000, Mississauga

Are you ready to take your customer service skills to the next level and join a dynamic engineering company? Look no further! We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Superstar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Provide quotations to the sales team as requested
- Enter new orders into AS400 system
- Coordinate deliveries with the shipping department
- Ensure inventory is up-to-date and accurately reflected in the system
- Address and resolve any customer concerns regarding damaged products
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Act as a liaison between customers and the engineering team to ensure customer needs are met
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers as needed
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Strong customer service skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience with AS400 or similar system is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
